The Shojin cuisine was developed for monks who were not allowed to kill animals for food. Including Yuba, various kinds of vegetables, tofu, and beans are creatively cooked together.

Kaiseki Cuisine
Japanese food registered as for the World Heritage.You can fully enjoy a variety of dishes.
While Kaiseki dishes are traditionally served before having tea ceremony, we provide Kaiseki dishes for other situations such as family and friend get togethers at Gyoshintei.
